This deeply holistic and restorative Ayurveda retreat combines authentic Panchakarma therapies with yoga, therapeutic movement, conscious rest, emotional healing, and spiritual support.
Your healing journey begins with a personal consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, who will create an individualized health plan tailored specifically to your constitution and needs for the duration of the retreat.
Beyond physical healing, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, softness, joy, and life force.
We support you before, during, and after the retreat through preparatory Zoom group sessions, personal guidance, and a follow-up meeting after your return home—because true healing continues long after leaving India.

An Intimate Boutique Retreat
This is a private and highly personalized retreat with a maximum of 14 participants.
The small group size allows every guest to feel supported, cared for, and personally guided throughout the entire journey.
