What is Vedic Art?
Vedic Art is an intuitive painting method that helps you connect with your inner world and express your thoughts, emotions, and creativity on canvas. It is a great complementary tool in working with emotional releasing while the ayurvedic panchakarma treatments are detoxing the physical body. The deeply liberating creative process of Vedic Art provides powerful support for the cleansing and transformational effects initiated by Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapies, helping to release and integrate what arises during the healing journey.
No previous painting experience is needed—only an open mind and a willingness to discover what wishes to emerge.
