In ayurvedic diet we go beyond the macronutrients and look at the aspect of six tastes, the foods’ general qualities and the impact on each dosha type. Besides the recommendations on a broad range of most common food items, this chart gives you also personal lifestyle recommendations based on your current health and wellbeing condition.
Please note that the chart is prepared individually for you, based on the information that you personally give us on the two questionnaires that we will send you through e-mail. We all are unique and therefore this chart is not suitable for sharing with your friends and family members. Remember – what is a “medicine” for one person can be a “poison” for another!
