The following is included in package price:
- 2 nights accommodation in a small family hotel next to Recure center
- Breakfasts at the hotel
- 2 or 3 therapies (according to the participants wish)
- 2 yoga classes with pranayama breathing technique with a private teacher according to your individual level in yoga
- Tasty vegetarian dinner in a nearby vegetarian restaurant
- Individual ayurvedic diet chart (will be sent by e-mail after completion of the retreat)

You can choose between Relax or Detox packages and according to the package type and the health conditions of the participant the final choice of therapies will be made.
Full package price in case of 2 therapies 330 €; and in case of 3 therapies 370 €.
Therapies and yoga will take place on Friday and Saturday, leaving Sunday free to explore on your own the beautiful town of Riga, after the hotel breakfast.
