This Indian SPA holiday has in its program ayurveda, yoga, dance therapy, reflective journalling, body- and mind ayurvedic detox. In addition to all this of course also tasty vegetarian food, warm tropical sun, salty ocean, rich Indian culture, and interesting excursions.
You have both time to be alone with your thoughts and feelings, as well as by being part of the group synergy not feel loneliness.
You will return from this holiday guaranteed fresher and filled with life energy. Helen Raudi, an ayurvedic health coach, as well as Marika Hanson, the dance pedagogue with many years of experience, are keeping your retreat vibrations high in Kovalam. Possible communication languages during the retreat are Estonian, English, Swedish, somewhat Russian.
Retreat price depends on the choice of the hotel
1980 € with accommodation in a simple yet nice hotel Cocoland Ayurvedic Beach Resort, 50 m from the sea, rooms with A/C and balcony. All therapies are also held in this hotel.
2420 € with accommodation in a 3* hotel Neelakanta – a hotel right on the beachfront, with swimming pool. Rooms are with sea view and A/C.
A double room for single use has 150 € additional cost.
Your spot at the retreat is quaranteed by a non-refundable prepayment of 200 €.
Bookings made before Nov. 1st do have a 100 € discount. Returning customers do not pay the fee of “double room for single usage”.
