Ayurveda and Yoga Health retreats in Kovalam, Kerala (South India) – 2 retreats in 2025 with slightly different program and language orientation

15 February – 1 March & 2 March – 17 March, 2025* holiday with ayurvedic cleansing (panchakarma**), yoga, therapeutic dance experience.

*These dates include arrival and departure times, the retreat activities in Kovalam are 16-28/2 and 3-17/3 respectively.

This holistic holiday has a focus on deep cellular level body and mind cleansing according to our doctor’s made individual treatment plan. To support the cleansing process we also offer yoga, dance therapy and reflective journaling. You will be daily eating tasty vegetarian food, will enjoy the warm tropical sun and salty ocean swim, get introduced to the rich Indian culture, and are entertained by interesting excursions.

You will return from this holiday guaranteed being more calm, focused, grounded, physically and emotionally lighter, feeling rested on a deep level, and having a clearer mind.

Languages: In case of international participants, the main language of February retreat is English (with minor translations to Swedish and/or Estonian) 

March retreat main language is Estonia (with minor translation possibilities to English)

  • 3 Excursion during February retreat:  

Excursion 1: seeing the demonstration of Kalaripayattu – the oldest martial art originating from Kerala, followed by an hour car drive to visit the calmness of Sivananda Ashram

Excursion 2: going by rikshas to ayurvedic medicine making factory

Excursion 3: Poovar backwaters boat excursion.

Excursion 1: visiting Keralas biggest Shiva lingam temple – Chenkal Maheswaram Temple in Neyyatinkara 

Excursion 2: visiting Asias largest wooden palace Padmanabhapuram Palace

Karma – 2500 € – cosy and comfortable room, balcony with amazing seaview and view to the lighthouse, double room, safety deposit, A/C, ab 200 m from our retreat center

Buddha Beach – ground floor – 2820 €; upper floor February – 3150 €; March – 2920 € – very cosy and personal boutique hotel with only 6 rooms. Ground floor has a private terrace (no direct seaview from ground floor), upper floors have direct seaview from balcony, double room, A/C, ab 220 m from our retreat center

Little Elephant Beach Resort – 1st floor – 2790 €; 2nd floor – 2880 €; 3rd floor – 2950 € – boutique hotel with very high customer ratings, cosy and more luxurious interior, amazing sea view from balcony, double room, A/C, ab 300 m from our retreat center

Ayurvedic package without accommodation – 1790 € (includes meals, activities, excursions, transport, yoga, therapies, doctor’s consultations). In case of shared double room one person pays full package price with accommodation, second person pays package price without accommodation.
